To return an item:
Contact us and get a return product authorization number. Return the
item to us, packed as it was delivered, in the same
box we shipped it in. Upon receipt we will replace the item or credit your account.

Order Lead Time:
Generally orders are processed and shipped within two weeks of receipt of your
order. If you need an item sooner, please contact us and we will let you know
the approximate ship date of your order. We usually are able to accommodate your need for fast shipments.
Stained Glass
Glass House uses only American made, high quality stained
glass in the production of the product line. Any striation,
bubbles or wrinkles that
occur in the glass are there naturally, caused by the time honored method of making
stained glass. Therefore, items that contain these
"inclusions" are not defective. Many,
if not most of the items we make include these types of characteristics.
Items
which are replaced for such "inclusions" are subject to pay all
freight costs in the replacement transaction.
Repair Program
Glass House will repair any damaged stained glass piece for $15.
The
customer pays all freight charges.
