Order Requirements

Customers must prepay or pay with a credit card unless a credit application has been approved.  An approved credit application will allow net 30 days for payment of account.

Minimum Order

Minimum order is $75.  On orders less than $75, a $5 handling charge will be added to the order

Order Lead Time:

Generally orders are processed and shipped within two weeks of receipt of your order.  If you need it sooner than two weeks, please contact us and we will give you an approximate ship date.  We usually are able to accommodate your need for fast shipments.

Stained Glass

Stained Glass is NOT window glass.  Stained glass contains lines, streaks, air bubbles, changes in color and ripples.  These Stained Glass "inclusions" do not make the item "defective", these "inclusions" make the item unique from other items of the same design.  If the item returned is found to only have natural "inclusions" in the stained glass, we will replace the item and charge your account $10.00 for the call tag/freight expenses.  Any item returned broken, that was not called in as broken, will sustain a $15.00 repair fee on your account, so please pack the returned items as they are shipped.  We will repair or replace only items that have been damaged in shipment at no cost.  If it is found that an item was returned for repair from damages sustained while displayed (dropped off shelves, etc.) a $15.00 repair charge and shipping cost will be charged to your account.

New Product Returns

New products that are broken in shipment will be replaced at no cost, if Glass House is notified within five days of receipt of product.  Any item returned broken, that was not called in as broken, will sustain a $15.00 repair fee on your account, so please pack the returned items as they are shipped.  New product returns will be replaced with the same item or exchanged for any other product in our current line. The customer will be responsible for all freight charges.

No cash refunds.

Repair Program

Glass House will repair any damaged stained glass piece for $15. The customer pays all freight charges.
